Rich is a highly experienced, detail-oriented, and decorated former U.S. military officer with experiences with organizational process design, implementation and management, technical & policy writing, database development & management, building effective teams, problem-solving and a passion for safety. He is a creative thinker with strong interpersonal skills, coupled with compliance and regulation administration management. 

Harvesting his personal experiences with mental health issues within the family dynamic, Rich started in the healthcare industry in 2023 as the Director of Operations & Business Development of our partnering practice to give back to the community that helped to move his journey forward. He is the facilitator of both our parenting skills series, The Parent Project® - Changing Destructive Adolescent Behavior and The Parent Project® - Loving Solutions. Rich is also seeking to become a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor to add to our addictions counselor team.
